Free Workshop: "Gardening In A Changing Climate"

The changing climate has brought drought, heat waves, floods and more, all of which have an impact on our gardens as well as our loved ones. In this free workshop, we'll discuss what gardeners can do to mitigate climate-related stress to our gardens and build resilience into our landscapes to help our plants withstand major weather events. We'll also learn ways to identify between environmental damage and pest damage.

This event will run for approximately an hour with time for Q&A after the program. Our presenter is the very engaging Charlotte Canner, lifelong gardener and Integrated Pest Management Advocate with the Our Water Our World program, an eco-friendly gardening resource sponsored by the Alameda Clean Water Program.

Seating is limited for this indoor event. Register at Eventbrite.
