Ruby Falls is a glorious weeping variety and a sight in early spring! Lavender-pink blossoms cover the weeping branches and is a delight in any landscape. Maroon red leaves change to burgundy before maturing to green /yellow in late summer.
The Eastern Redbud is a favorite ornamental tree and for good reason. The beautiful mauve-pink blooms arrive in early spring, adding brilliant color and attracting pollinators to your landscape. The leaves are heart-shaped in varying colors of greens to burgundy and often turning yellow in the fall. Available as a single trunk, but in general, the form is vase shaped with multiple-trunks, adding to the sculptural form of this gorgeous tree.
Carefully prune in late fall. Redbuds don't like to be transplanted, so choose a location and let it be.
