Description
Relatively small, attractive tree with good disease resistance. Great choice for smaller backyard orchards. Medium to large size, rounded, orange fruit on an attractive tree.
Persimmons have fabulous fall color. They delight us with their stunning orange fruit, interesting silhouette, and delicious fruit. Asian varieties are less astringent and can be eaten while firm, while American varieties need to be fully ripe to enjoy their rich flavor.
Deciduous, slow growing, upright tree. 3-5 years before fruit production.
