The Monstera 'Swiss Cheese' is a vigorous cascading beauty that gets its name from the holes that develop in the large, heart shaped leaves. Provide regular water, medium indirect light and ample humidity and your Swiss Cheese plant will provide years of enjoyment. Easy to propagate by leaf cuttings!

||Easy: Great plant for a beginner.
||Medium-High. You can place the plant on a pebble tray filled with water, use a humidifier or mist regularly to increase indoor humidity.
||Moist, but never wet, soggy conditions. Let top 1"- 2" of soil dry in between watering.
||Regular potting mix; very well draining. Adding perlite can increase drainage.
||Fertilize with balanced houseplant fertilizer 1-2x per month from spring to fall.
