Growth Habit:	Upright/Bushy
Toxicity:	NOT safe for kids or pets
Pot Pairings:	Looks great in a brightly colored pot to show off the beautiful, colorful leaves.

Level of Care:	Medium Care: Crotons can be fussy and do not like to be moved. Find the right spot with the right conditions and your plant will be happy.
Light:	Bright indirect light will keep the colors bright and plant bushy.
Humidity:	High. You can place the plant on a pebble tray filled with water, use a humidifier or mist regularly to increase indoor humidity.
Water:	Moist, but never wet, soggy conditions. Let top 1"- 2" of soil dry in between watering. Sensitive to minerals in tap water; best to use filtered, rain water or tap water that has set out overnight.
Soil:	Regular potting mix; very well draining. Adding perlite can increase drainage.
Fertilization:	Fertilize monthly with balanced houseplant fertilizer during spring and summer.
