Mission olives are enjoyed for their versatile use in pickling and oil production. They have one of the smallest pits and are more cold tolerant than most olive trees. The trees can be planted in the ground, or keep them smaller in containers. This California native has a lovely form with soft gray-green, silver foliage and can be pruned to your desired shape and size. An attractive landscape specimen tree. Attracts pollinators and is drought tolerant.
