Description
Glossy leaves with fluted edges, Forever Purple showcases deep purple foliage and masses of bell-shaped, purple-pink blooms. Imitating the richness of life, this perennial has one of the longest bloom cycles of the Heuchera variety, Spring -Winter. It is a pollinator attractor and is deer, drought, and salt tolerant. Although a sturdy performer, it does take a little bit of maintenance.
Heuchera is commonly known as "Coral Bells" with hundreds of varieties and hybrids. The plants form round mounds with a woody crown and small, bell-shaped flowers that emerge on tall stems. The foliage is beautiful and textured, coming in shades from purple, rose, gold, lime green and more. The foliage height of most cultivars reaches 8" to 12" and spread 1' to 2'. Flower stalks reach 1' to 3' tall. Deer resistant and pollinators love the spring blooms!
