How To Grow Narcissus Paperwhite Indoors:
- Fill an attractive planter pot halfway with houseplant potting soil, set the bulbs gently in the soil closely together, and pack more soil around the bulbs leaving the tips slightly visible. Make sure your pot has drainage holes.
- Water the bulbs thoroughly at planting, allowing time for the soil to absorb enough water so it is thoroughly moistened with a texture that resembles a wrung out sponge. Re-water your bulbs only when the top inch of soil has become dry. Note: Paperwhites do not require fertilizer.
- Place your Paperwhite bulb planter anywhere in the house and watch them develop, preferably in a window sill where there is plenty of natural light. Depending on your light conditions, Paperwhites can bloom in 4-6 weeks.
