Fast & Festive Cranberry Salsa
12 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries (about 1 bag)
1 bunch of green onions, chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1-2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
2 limes, juiced
¾ cup white sugar
Pinch of salt
Put all ingredients in food processor and blend to desired consistency; a little bit chunky is best.
Delicious with tortilla chips or crackers; keeps nicely in the fridge for at least a week.
